The Tarrazú valley is where Costa Rica's reputation was made, and the honey process — the fruit's sugars left on the seed as it dries — is where the country made its argument in this century. Apricot, peach, sugarcane. A coffee most people will recognise as coffee, which is why the house sends it first.
